Mold Sample Testing

Identifying mold can help buyers assess any possible health risks by exposure, and assist in determining proper remediation of conditions. Samples are lab processed to determine mold type. Results are usually available and emailed to buyers/buyers agents within 24-36 hours of submission of samples.

Z

Thermal Imaging

Infra-red images using a specialized camera can provide evidence of water intrusion, air leaks in HVAC systems, excessive heat build-up in electrical systems and components, and inadequate insulation in walls, attics, and crawlspace.

Z

Radon Gas Testing

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that has proven to be a health risk in high concentrations. Professional radon testing can measure the levels of radon gas present in the home and determine whether remediation of conditions allowing the entry of radon gas is recommended or not.
